The basics

This Privacy Policy only relates to personal data collected by FMXA ( “we”, “us”, “our”) via the website, forms, online newsletters, emails and telephone calls. This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal data provided to FMXA by any other means or via any other website. Users should be aware that if they access other websites, using the links provided, these are outside our control. If they provide personal data to other companies, the privacy policies of those companies determine the uses to which that information is put and FMXA’s Privacy Policy will no longer apply.

What we collect

For each visitor to our Web page, our web server automatically recognises only the user’s IP address and domain name. Additional to the IP address and domain name we also collect aggregate infor-mation on what pages users access or visit, information volunteered by the user, such as name and address, telephone number, fax number and email addresses of those that would like to hear from us.

When you email us directly about a business enquiry, that information will be collected by us. How we use the data collectedThe information we collect is primarily used by us to contact users for marketing purposes in a business context, but we will also use this information to notify people about updates to our website and the services we provide as an agency. This information is processed under the definition of legitimate interest.
